Born in 1990 in Red Oak, Texas,[2] Stringfield attended Red Oak High School, graduating in 2008.[9] After leaving the secondary institution, the singer studied at The University of Texas, in Austin, Texas,[10] graduating in 2012[9] with a degree in Radio/TV/Film.[11]
Music career[edit]
After performing an internship with Warner Brothers Music,[3] the guitarist moved to Los Angeles, California in January 2012[12] to become part of American melodic metal bands Before the Mourning[3] and The Iron Maidens.[12]
In 2014, Stringfield and Before the Mourning parted ways,[13] after which time Stringfield joined Femme Fatale in May 2015.[14] In September 2015, The Iron Maidens brought the former guest guitarist on as a settled member for the ensemble.[15] Stringfield and The Iron Maidens vocalist Kirsten Rosenberg appeared as contestants on the August 3, 2017 episode of the music game show Beat Shazam.[16]
In 2017, Stringfield released music videos for her solo singles 'Save Our Souls' and 'As Chaos Consumes',[17] followed by 'Heart Shaped Box' in 2018.[18]
In late 2018, Stringfield became a touring guitarist for American rock band Heaven Below.[6][7] In January 2019, she announced that she plans to release her debut solo EP some time that year.[19] In July 2019, the singer announced the title of the album, Harmonies for the Haunted,[20] with a September 2019 announcement that she expects to release the album on October 30, 2019.[21][22] On October 18, 2019, Stringfield debuted 'When the Devil Comes Down', her first single from the EP.[23]

Gogmagog were a short-lived British heavy metalsupergroup, assembled in 1985 by the record producer Jonathan King.[1] The band's lineup featured former Iron Maiden vocalist Paul Di'Anno and drummer Clive Burr, future Iron Maiden guitarist Janick Gers, former Def Leppard guitarist Pete Willis, and former Whitesnake bassist Neil Murray.[1]
Together for only a short time, Gogmagog released a three song E.P. on the independent Food For Thought label in 1985 entitled I Will Be There.[1] Two of the songs recorded were written by producer King ('Living in a Fucking Time Warp' and 'It's Illegal, It's Immoral, It's Unhealthy, But It's Fun'), with the title track being composed by longtime KISS collaborator Russ Ballard, and originally released on his 1981 solo album Into the Fire. The band members were not permitted to write any original material.[2]
Originally, King attempted to put together a supergroup revolving around Whitesnake vocalist David Coverdale, bassist John Entwistle of The Who, and veteran drummer Cozy Powell, but this early line-up 'wasn't working out' according to Di'Anno.[2] Being little more than a contrivance concocted by producer Jonathan King, the band quickly fell apart once he lost interest.[1] Vocalist Di'Anno was completely dismissive of both the group and producer, referring to the failed project as '...nothing. That was some fucking idiot who got us doing that shit.'[2]
The two King-penned songs appeared in the soundtrack to the 2011 film Me Me Me, also written by King. On some websites, the original members of the band are listed as appearing in the cast; however, the band Falling Red were recruited to perform as Gogmagog in the film.[3]
